Welcome to emotional recovery.  Are you suffering from a broken heart?  Do you feel that time heals all wounds?  Are you wishing that some things had ended differently or better? Do you feel that your grief or tragic loss has taken the life out of your most pleasurable and cherished activities?


We were all taught that time heals all wounds. But time does not complete anything that is emotionally incomplete with someone who died or a traumatic change of any kind, such as a divorce or loss of a relationship, job loss, or loss of health. 

 

An emotional loss consumes a person’s well-being. Leaving a broken heart unmended means that we are destined to wait forever as time goes by. However, it is the actions you take within that time that can help you grieve and complete relationships that have ended or changed.  The Grief Recovery Method Program is the action program for moving beyond death, divorce, or loss of a relationship, and other losses including health, career, and faith. By visiting my website, it means you are open to addressing your grief.  It means you’re open to beginning a process of recovery that will enhance your life rather than limit it. 


This program is conducted in association with The Grief Recovery Institute.  We use The Grief Recovery Handbook - 20th Anniversary Expanded Edition as our text.  The goal of The Grief Recovery Method Program is to help you complete your relationship to pain, isolation, and loneliness caused by significant emotional loss.  If you participate in this program, there is a high probability that your heart is broken.  It could be caused by an awareness that your life is not as happy or fulfilling as you want it to be.  Regardless of the cause of your broken heart, you know how you feel, and it probably isn't good.
